Opulencia Watches is dedicated to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to help you resolve concerns efficiently and transparently.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• All returns and exchange requests are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
• Special orders, custom pieces, engraved items, and sourced watches are generally non-returnable.
• An unpacking video is mandatory and must be provided if any items are incorrect, damaged, or missing.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
• Pack the watch securely, including all accessories, using the original packaging. Clearly label with the RMA number.
• Ship the return using a secure, insured carrier such as FedEx. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returned items not in original condition, or missing packaging/accessories, may incur additional deductions.
• Exchange requests follow the same process and eligibility as returns.

Authenticity Concerns

If you have any concerns about the authenticity of your watch, please get in touch with us promptly. We back every timepiece with our guarantee of 100% authenticity and will resolve any valid claims diligently.

Exceptions

• Watches purchased on sale, during promotions, or marked as "Price on Request" are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are not returnable.
• All sourced timepieces are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
