At Opulencia Watches, our commitment is to provide every client with premium luxury timepieces and outstanding service. To ensure your complete satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all eligible purchases.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, drops, impacts, or excessive force
• Damage from improper handling, storage, or maintenance
• Normal wear and tear such as scratches, minor scuffs, or finish fading
• Damage caused by water infiltration when the watch is not worn or maintained according to manufacturer water resistance guidelines
• Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing by third parties
• Consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use, income, or emotional distress
• Batteries, except in cases where battery failure is directly caused by a manufacturing defect during the warranty period

Warranty Service

To begin a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at 202-507-9820 or by email at info@OpulenciaWatches.com. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and clear instructions for returning your watch to our service center.

Our Responsibility

If your claim is valid, Opulencia Watches will repair or replace the defective timepiece at our discretion, matching it with a comparable model where appropriate. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced watch to your designated address.

Important Notes

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from Opulencia Watches
• Proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims
• Opulencia Watches reserves the right to modify or amend the warranty terms at any time
