- All in-stock items are shipped the same business day when possible. Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays are shipped the next business day.
- Watches labeled as "Price On Request" or "Special Order" will be shipped within 2-5 business days of the order date, as these are sourced directly from our supplier to fulfill your request.
- Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

- The box and papers corresponding to your timepiece are included, as described on the website.

- All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery or pickup for your protection.
