• Watches labeled as "Price On Request" or "Special Order" will be shipped within 2-5 business days of the order date, as these are sourced directly from our supplier to fulfill your request.
• Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

• Each watch is carefully matched against our website listing to ensure correct fulfillment.
• The box and papers corresponding to your timepiece are included, as described on the website.
• Our team of expert watchmakers conducts final tests for cosmetic condition, timekeeping accuracy, and water resistance (if applicable).

Shipment Process

• Your order is inspected, securely packed, and shipped via UPS or FedEx.
• All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery or pickup for your protection.
• Orders are generally shipped to your billing address for security reasons.
